Steps to Follow

Do you Return back to Tamil Nadu from other state Council for the purpose of Job or Education? Login to the system and do your back to Tamil Nadu process.

Do you RN - Active only wish to apply for Foreign verification Form/Letter or Good Standing Letter? Login to the System and do your Foreign Verification.

Note: You can use either your registration or elearning eMail ID and passwords to login with NOC system.

Create Username and Password by clicking on the signup button. New tab will be opened for signup process. You need to come back to this page after the successful activation of your eMail Account.

Steps to Follow :

MIGRATION TO OTHER STATE NURSING COUNCIL NOC PROCESS

Click on the "Apply NOC" button to continue with Migration to Other State process.
Step 1: Enter Basic Details
- Select your Requested State Nursing council from the council list.
- Specify your Purpose of NOC Application
- Upload Bonafied Certificate/Appointment order if you are going for the purpose of Education/Job (File size should not exceed 2MB).
- Upload scanned copy of Original Basic, Additional and Renewal Certificates (File size should not exceed 2MB).
Step 2: Enter Communication Details
- Fill up your Communication Details and submit your Request.
Important
During these Processes you will be getting emails frequently. So Kindly Check your email Periodically Your Acknowledgement Number will be displayed on the screen and use this number for any queries related with your application. You are advised to Contact the Requested Council for NOC Request Process. After NOC Request Letter Received from your Requested Council, TNNMC Admin shall allow for Online Payment Rs.200/- Process. Once your Payment is Successful, NOC Letter Shall be Sent Via Email to the Requested Council. After NOC Letter sent from us your Record will come to Inactive (Migrated to Other State) Status. Hence you are instructed to take a Printout of “Registration Particulars” in your Login to keep it for reference at all times.

Steps to Follow :

MIGRATING TO TNNMC (BACK TO TAMILNADU)

Click on "Back to Tamil Nadu" button to continue with "Back to Tamil Nadu" process.
Step 1: Enter Basic Details
- Choose from the State you are applying.
- Enter your Other State NOC Letter Reference Number.
- Enter your Tamil Nadu NOC Date Which was already issued by TNNMC.
- Enter your Other State Registration Number and Date and upload the Original Scanned Copy of Registration Certificates (File size should not exceed 2MB).
- Reason for Back to Tamil Nadu
- Upload TNNMC NOC Letter (File size should not exceed 2MB)
Step 2: Enter Communication Details
- Fill up your Communication Details and submit your Request.
IMPORTANT:
- During these Processes you will be getting emails frequently. So Kindly Check your email Periodically.
- Your Acknowledgement Number will be displayed on the screen and use this number for any queries related with your application. After the receipt of NOC, TNNMC Admin shall approve your application and allow for Online Payment - Rs. 500/- process.
- Once your Payment is Successful, your registration status will become ACTIVE Status
- Finally, After ACTIVE status You are instructed to take a Printout of "Registration Particulars" in your Login and keep it for reference at all times.
- No Need to send any Original Registration Certificate to our Office.

Instructions to be followed for those who wants to apply Foreign Verificaiton

Foreign Verification service is now available to get your foreign verification form / Good Standing Letter from TNNMC. Submit your foreign verification/ good standing Leter request by entering your details and wait for TNNMC verification and approval. eMail would reach you on each and every stages of your request. You can check your eMail or login to the system to check your request status. Once you received the approval from TNNMC, you can pay your foreign verification / Goodstanding Letter processing fee through online. After 7 working days, you can track the status of your application form in the same login.

Steps to be Followed,

Read the instructions, Click on Apply for Foreign Verification button to contiue with your Foreign Verification Request.
Step 1: Enter Basic Details
- Select your request type for either Foreign Verification or Goodstanding Letter.
- Select your preferred course and council name.
- Specify your reason for request.
- Upload your selected course's registration Certificate and the foreign council copy.
- Upload other country Letter with Logo and address(marked), if you want to apply for Goodstanding Letter
Step 2: Registered Council History
- Add all your registration details with different Nursing Council.
- Specify the From / To Active period with it's registration Certificate copy.
- Set your Current Active Nursing Council and Click on Save and Continue.
Step 3: Enter Communication Details
- Fill up your Communication Details and submit your Request.
Step 4: TNNMC Verification
- Your reference no will be displayed on the screen and use this number for any queries related with your application.
- Your application request will be validated by TNNMC staff and you will get an eMail notification once the request is approved or rejected.
Step 5:Online Fee Payment
- After TNNMC approval, Login to your account and pay your Foreign Verificaiton / Goodstanding Letter fees through online payemnt.
Step 6: Foreign Verification Form/Letter
- Your Good Standing Letter ( Soft Copy ) will be sent to your Registered eMail ID.
- Your Foreign Verification Form/Letter ( Hard Copy ) will be sent to your Requested Council.
- After 7 working days, you can track the status of your application form in the same login.
